At Positive Dog Training our whole team is working extra hard ensure your safety within the COVID 19 guidelines issued by the government.
We have invested heavily in updating our centre to ensure as far as possible that we can keep trading safely during this strange and worrying time.
As the government levels change please note the following
Masks are mandatory when in Positive Dog Training whether dropping off a dog, attending a private lesson or at training classes. If you forget your mask, we do have disposable masks available for your use. Just ask one of the team and they will point you in the right direction.
Please, only 1 person to drop in a dog. Please observe social distancing at all time at the centre.
As always, dogs must be on lead entering and leaving the centre.
We have hand sanitising stations throughout the centre please use as much as you can or like!
If you or any member of your family are unwell, tested positive for COVID, or have been notified that you are a close contact of someone who is COVID positive please do not come to the centre. Call us on 01 9013018 or email firstname.lastname@example.org We can reschedule any training or grooming appointments.
Level 3 – if you live outside the Dublin area, and have booked one of our services, please do get in touch and we can reschedule or refund your payment.
In line with the governments directive, at the moment our training classes are being held outdoors In our back garden area. We have rain proofed the area to keep you dry, but please do dress for the wonderful Irish weather.
For training group classes, we have lowered the number of people who can attend each class and we ask for your understanding that only 1 handler per dog can attend classes at the present time.
Day-care places MUST be booked in advance and we cannot accept ANY walk-in clients. This is for contact tracing and for the safety of all our clients.
With great sadness, we have made the decision that there will be NO puppy social hours for the rest of 2020.
Thanks for your understanding and all your support since March. It’s a bit of a rollercoaster with all the changes and if things change going forward we will be in touch with all our clients with an update.
